Eversholt Rail strengthens its Leadership Team

Eversholt Rail announces a new Leadership Team which came into effect on 1st January 2020. At a time of significant change for both Eversholt Rail and the rail industry, the new, broader Eversholt Rail management structure will enable the business to be more agile and responsive to make the most of the emerging market challenges and opportunities, and to deliver to customers.

Joining Mary Kenny, Steve Timothy (Stakeholder Director) and Andrea Wesson (Chief Financial Officer) on the Leadership Team are several long-serving Eversholt Rail team members; Renarta Guy – HR Director, Kevin Limb – Chief Engineer, Darren Spence – Commercial Finance Director, Paul Sutherland – Client Services Director and Lee Warsop – Legal Director.

Mary Kenny, Chief Executive Officer said, “I am delighted to expand our Leadership Team further to ensure we deliver our commitments to our customers, stakeholders and owners over the next few years.”

Loyal and ‘Royal’ Class 365 unit honoured by Eversholt Rail

A Class 365 electric multiple unit with strong connections to Her Majesty The Queen has been granted a place in preservation by its former owner Eversholt Rail. Unit No. 365524 – considered to be in the best condition of the original fleet of 41 trains – is destined for the East Kent Railway in mid-January. The initiative came from transport consultant and investor Howard Johnston, and the unit is intended for static display and become a restaurant, exhibition area, and major events venue.
