CK Investments S.A R.L., a company jointly owned by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited and Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, (together, “CKI”) has completed its acquisition of Eversholt Rail Group (“Eversholt Rail”), one of the three leading rail rolling stock companies in the UK, following clearance from the European Commission under the EU Merger Regulation. The transaction was announced on 20 January 2015.

Eversholt Rail recently held our annual quiz in aid of our partner charity, Back Up.
On Sunday 8 October, a team of 8 Eversholt Rail staff took part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise funds for our nominated charity Back Up. The team has raised over £4,200 which is an amazing amount, we want to thank everyone who made a donation.
