Eversholt Rail appoints Chief Operating Officer

Eversholt Rail is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Course as Chief Operating Officer. He will join the business on 3rd June and have full responsibility for engineering, asset management and projects, and procurement for Eversholt Rail.

Andy previously worked as a Director and strategy consultant at PwC, advising private and public sector clients. Prior to this he spent over 20 years in the Royal Navy, responsible for the development, upgrade, maintenance and operation of warships and their systems.

Andy is a Chartered Engineer and he has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and a second Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies.

Mary Kenny, Chief Executive Officer of Eversholt Rail, said “We are looking forward to welcoming Andy to Eversholt Rail. His experience in the private and public sector will prove invaluable to us at what is a pivotal time for the rail industry.”

The industry came together last night and showed its generous side for Eversholt Rail’s annual quiz in aid of its charity partner, BackUp. Hosted once again by Linklaters LLP, Eversholt Rail staff were joined by colleagues from Frazer Nash, Clemtech, Siemens, LNER, Porterbrook, Arriva Rail Services, Rail Operations Group, Alstom, KBRS, Angel Trains, Stadler, Microsoft, DB ESG, Greenberg Traurig, GTR, AtkinsRealis and First Rail.
