Class 313

The Class 313 fleet is leased to Govia Thameslink Railway. 

The Class 313 units were built for the electrification of the suburban services out of Kings Cross and Moorgate so are equipped for operation on 25kV AC on the East Coast Main Line and 750V DC in the tunnel to Moorgate.  

The units feature end doors for emergency egress in the single bore tunnels. 

The fleet is currently configured as 41 x 3 car units.
